Where porosity of a LICOSYS Squeeze Roll becomes a hindrance when choked, DRYMAX Double layer roll ensure improved squeezing & have found customers achieving increase in squeezing efficiency up-to 10%.
The foremost requirement of good squeezing roll is that it should squeeze uniformly, universally and maximize drying and squeezing associated with it. While our LICOSYS rolls do exactly that but in certain cases the pores of LICOSYS body becomes a liability when choked. This situation has been addressed by our double layered DRYMAX Rubber squeeze roll which are made on solid shafts and minimize distortion and maximize uniformity.
